Ordering Process


We accept new projects in the following ways – Walk-In, Phone Call, Email, Order Request form submission. PDFs are preferred, jpg & pngs are accepted as well. Please refrain from sending Word documents for the reason that formatting tends to change from computer to computer. Be sure to include all the details such as quantity, stock, fold, color ink, due date, etc. If your project requires any edits or design, please mention that in your initial communication. All digital printing files are subject to a setup fee charge, no exceptions.


If you send communication via email, be sure to follow up with a phone call to make sure we received your order and answer any questions regarding your order.


If your project requires editing or design, the work will be handed to one of our designers and you will receive a proof of the artwork within TWO days. After you approve of the proof, there is typically a TWO day turnaround for the print job to be complete.


Quick printing can normally be completed same day, although it is not guaranteed. Full service print jobs usually have a TWO day turnaround from the day of artwork approval. Large orders may require more time and your designer should communicate a more accurate turnaround time.


Once your order is finished and ready for pick up, you will be contacted via telephone or email. Large orders typically require AT LEAST half down before production begins. Quotes are always available prior to placing an order if requested.
